The few days before your ultrasound don’t skimp out on water, being hydrated can help you get clear images.
Binging water before the ultrasound doesn’t help, please hydrate very well from at least 2-4 days prior to your ultrasound.
🍭 Eat something sweet !
Eating prior to the ultrasound can help give your baby energy to wiggle and move around for us. Especially something with a little sugar !
🚽 Full bladders are very much appreciated
A full bladder is very helpful as it can help push your baby up and out of the pelvic cavity as well as help adjust their position if we get you to empty it.
Other than that just come in relaxed, ready for a comfortable personalised 3D ultrasound experience.
